Contact & Calculation Reports

Prepare a useful issue report when a result appears wrong or a print format is missing.

01

Report the inputs, not the image

A useful calculation report includes the page used, pixel width and height, physical width and height, unit, PPI, orientation, bleed and the result you expected.

You never need to send the private image itself to explain a dimension calculation.

02

Before reporting a discrepancy

Check that width and height were not reversed, confirm portrait or landscape, and distinguish trim size from the full bleed canvas. Include the printer's written requirement when it conflicts with a general default.

03

Contact channel

A verified public contact address will be connected before the independent-domain launch. Until then, keep the generated input summary with the project feedback channel where you received this site.

Check before you print

Use the image, not a guess.

Run the source pixels against the exact size you plan to order.
