Print Prep Lab

Privacy

How Print Prep Lab handles images, calculator inputs and browser data.

01

Image processing

The print-readiness checker reads image dimensions and generates the crop preview in your browser. The selected image is not uploaded to a Print Prep Lab server.

Closing or replacing the image releases its temporary browser preview. The current version does not create an account or store an image library.

02

Calculator inputs

Pixel counts, physical sizes, PPI, bleed and safe-margin values are used in the page session to calculate results. Do not enter confidential information because none is required.

03

Microsoft Clarity analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand page views, clicks, scrolling, device characteristics, errors and navigation patterns through aggregated analytics, heatmaps and session replays. Microsoft processes this telemetry under its privacy terms.

Analytics storage and advertising storage are denied by default. If you allow analytics, Clarity may set analytics cookies so visits can be connected into a session; advertising storage remains denied. If you decline, Clarity receives a denied consent signal and may process limited cookieless page telemetry.

Uploaded image files are processed locally and are not intentionally sent to Clarity. Image checkers, filenames, previews and calculated image details are explicitly masked from session replay. You can reopen Analytics choices at any time to change your selection.
