Practical workflow
Organize evidence without inventing certification
Example
Create one row for each requirement that genuinely applies to the job: artwork approval, material declaration, proof reference, accessibility requirement, regulatory label or internal release condition. Give the row an owner so responsibility is visible.
Interpretation
Evidence should be a traceable reference rather than ‘done’. A proof number, revision ID, document filename or ticket reference lets another reviewer find the supporting record. If the evidence does not exist, leave the item Required or Review.
Boundary
A blocked mandatory item remains visible even when every other row passes. The center deliberately avoids percentage-based scoring that could turn nine completed low-risk items into a misleading green state while one critical requirement is unresolved.
Why this module exists
Production context around the calculation.
Checklist is not certification
The tool can organize required evidence but does not grant ISO, regulatory or contractual compliance.
Evidence references should be specific
Use revision IDs, proof numbers, ticket references or document names that another person can verify.
Unresolved requirements block readiness
A missing mandatory item stays visible instead of being averaged away by completed items.
