Print Prep Lab does not require an account, so saved plans live in your browser. The Vault packages supported local workspace data into a JSON file you can keep, inspect and restore later. Image files are never included.

Import validation
The Vault checks schema/version and expected data types before enabling restore. Unknown fields are not treated as executable code.
Your responsibility
A backup can contain project/provider text you typed yourself. Store the JSON file with the same care as other project notes.
